Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM and HubSpot automation
- Present tailored product demonstrations to enterprise clients across North America
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies and sales funnels
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Document all interactions in CRM and provide weekly performance analytics
- Participate in cross-functional product development meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM analytics and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
