Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce CRM
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative solution presentations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and weekly activity reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot)
