Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via inbound/outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Develop customized sales proposals aligned with client business objectives
- Close 15-20 new business deals monthly with average deal size $15K-$50K
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistently
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities to identify client pain points
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling enterprise-level software solutions
