Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Develop customized solutions for B2B clients across the energy and technology sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain deep industry expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with SaaS or tech solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in objection handling and negotiation techniques
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
