Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track sales activities and update the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outbound sales or business development (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
