- Develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients across SaaS and hardware sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain CRM records with 100% data accuracy and activity logging
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and closed deals
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience in tech/software industry
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales engagement tools (Outreach/Seismic)
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite negotiation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM analytics and pipeline management
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional client meetings
