Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business across Phoenix metro area
- Develop long-term relationships with commercial clients
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on local campaign initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
