Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and overcome objections.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and close deals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (experience in call centers is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a night shift environment (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to earn a high income through commission and bonuses.
