Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries during weekend shifts to meet daily targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
