Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through targeted cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement
- Present tailored product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations to B2B clients
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and CRM data
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 25+ weekly client interactions
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in remote work environment
