Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions and close deals with B2B clients across Illinois
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategic sales campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecast revenue
- Attend weekly training sessions on industry trends and product updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or manufacturing products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with complex B2B decision-makers
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
