Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique business needs
- Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to decision-makers across industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic pipeline management and follow-up protocols
- Document all activities in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong analytical mindset for identifying client pain points and matching solutions
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
