Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads and appointments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, using CRM software.
- Qualify incoming leads and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine targeting and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
