Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Develop customized solutions for mid-market enterprise clients
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales funnels
- Present product demonstrations to C-level decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in SaaS or tech solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and sales analytics tools
