Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for assigned territory
- Present product solutions and close deals while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs
- Participate in weekly team training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to handle objections
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Authorized to work in the United States
