Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients via phone and web conferencing.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (relocating candidates welcome).
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience working in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
- Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a passion for closing deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
