Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and pain points
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/B2B products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (Outreach/Sequences)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
