Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through strategic outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets
- Develop deep product expertise to address complex client needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and competitive drive
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
