- Maintain 90%+ call activity metrics in our performance tracking system
- Attend weekly product training and quarterly sales competitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional regional travel
