Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present and demonstrate product value propositions to qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and lead-nurturing strategies
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and track performance in Salesforce CRM
- Develop customized solutions addressing client-specific pain points
- Partner with Account Executives to close complex deals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first collaborative culture
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
