Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new leads and book qualified meetings.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Nurture relationships with prospects and clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management (Candidates with no experience but high drive considered).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
