Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads via cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently exceed monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Willingness to work from Colorado Springs, CO or North Carolina.
