Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
- Build rapport with decision-makers across diverse industries
- Present product solutions via personalized demos and value-based proposals
- Close deals using consultative selling techniques and CRM management
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Attend weekly sales training sessions on negotiation and objection handling
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology sales highly valued
