Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, emailing, and social media prospecting.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients over the phone.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals within a defined sales cycle.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and high energy.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Mesa, AZ.
