Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop deep product expertise to deliver compelling virtual demonstrations and presentations
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by closing 15+ deals monthly
- Manage full sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience with documented track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer needs and match solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in overcoming objections
