Responsibilities
- Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast sales accurately
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points
- Participate in weekly sales training and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries highly valued
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid US work authorization required
