Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead qualification processes
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (KPI-driven)
- Maintain detailed client records and pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
