Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM systems
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demos
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Spanish fluency highly desirable for El Paso market
