Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual demos and consultations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Develop deep product expertise to consult clients on technology solutions
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to contract
- Participate in weekly sales training and pipeline reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience (SaaS background preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce certified a plus)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales productivity tools (Outreach, Gong, etc.)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
