Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Present product solutions to prospects via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
- Develop deep product expertise to address complex client needs
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to onboarding
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B tech/software
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Experience with SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling
