Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique business needs
- Present product solutions and negotiate pricing/terms to achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and best practices
- Continuously expand product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
