Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM and sales intelligence tools
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Present product demonstrations to enterprise clients via virtual platforms
- Close deals and maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly team training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Familiarity with Washington's tech sector and enterprise landscape
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
