Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
- Develop tailored sales pitches demonstrating product value to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives to close complex deals and exceed quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze sales metrics for continuous improvement
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent TechNova at industry events and virtual conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with complex enterprise accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for basic technical discussions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
