Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product demonstrations and solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or tech sales highly preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
