Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales calls to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer needs and market trends
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot marketing automation
