Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and warm lead conversion
- Build and maintain client relationships via phone, email, and virtual demos
- Exceed monthly sales quotas using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize sales funnel performance
- Analyze customer needs and position tailored solutions
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy planning sessions
- Maintain accurate pipeline documentation and activity reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tech stack
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
