Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting including email, phone, and social media
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to key decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize conversion strategies
- Attend weekly sales training and professional development workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
