Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls with enterprise decision-makers
- Present tailored product demonstrations highlighting ROI and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead nurturing campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based propositions
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Experience with discovery tools like Gong or Chorus.ai preferred
