Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce and CRM systems
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in CRM
- Participate in team training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and remotely
- Valid Indiana driver's license (occasional client visits required)
