Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present ProTech's SaaS solutions to enterprise clients in Fresno and surrounding areas
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM accuracy (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Close deals through consultative selling and value proposition alignment
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Report on sales metrics and pipeline health weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach/HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with Fresno's business landscape preferred
