Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through multi-channel prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion
- Track sales activities and metrics using Salesforce
- Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for identifying client pain points
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or manufacturing industry a plus
