Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Present product demos tailored to client pain points and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document sales activities in Salesforce CRM with precision and consistency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
