Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling and email campaigns to enterprise clients
- Qualify leads using CRM systems and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
