Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM engagement
- Present product demonstrations to B2B clients across North America
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce
- Develop deep product knowledge to address technical client inquiries
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proven track record in lead qualification and opportunity development
- Excellent negotiation skills and objection resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
