Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
- Conduct high-value discovery calls to understand client pain points and business needs.
- Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate client data.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and MS Office Suite.
