Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers
- Present customized solutions via virtual demos
- Close 15-20 deals monthly while exceeding quotas
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead pipelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
- Participate in weekly revenue strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding quotas (110%+)
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
