Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking within the DC and Northern Virginia market.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or consultative sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident presentation style.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to the Washington DC / Arlington, VA area.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
