Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and present our products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Participate in daily sales training and team meetings to stay updated on strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine sales techniques.
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required for client visits.
