Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers in a persuasive manner.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
