Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients and close sales within defined sales cycles
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- US work authorization required
